Exceptional

Great accommodation with spacious and clean rooms, a nice pool and a very kind family that runs it. In particular, they were very kind for our kids who could also play with the toys of their son. Also the location is very convenient, it is in a quiet alley but near to the main road with all restaurants and activities.

The hospitality was the best we have experienced in Vietnam so far. The hosts will help you in any way they can. Scooter and bike hire, laundry, bus tickets and good advice about the area. Great breakfast and coffee. Rooms were new and clean. The location was perfect, close to the centre but nice and quiet away from the busy road.

Clean room, comfortable bed, cheap bike hire, exceptional customer service!

We stayed two nights in Tam Coc Paradise Homestay, but Vü the owner made sure we had the best possible experience. Our room was cosy, clean with a great shower, new AC and a conformable bed. On our first night Vü invited us to sit with his lovely family and drink tea with them. The Homestay has a lovely family vibe and Vü served us cakes free of charge when we were just relaxing in the Homestay. The Homestay is situated on a charming quiet street, which has one of the highest rated resultants in the area. The street is just off of the main road running through Tam Coc so easy access - Vü rents mopeds for 120K a day. When we caught our sleeper bus in the evening Vü gave us a spare room to have a hot shower in before our 8 hour bus, which was very kind. Additionally he drove us to the bus and made sure we were the first on the bus and got good seats and even waved us goodbye :,) - An absolute gent!

What was the highlight of Tam Coc Paradise Homestay

One of the best properties you will find in Vietnam!

It's a very clean and beautiful property, and the pool was also very clean (though I didn't use it as the weather wasn't good during my stay.) The host is very friendly and will try to help you too. The breakfast was okay, you just choose one thing from the menu (like an omelet), which you get with bread. I'd say this is the best property I've stayed in all of Vietnam. The host even gave me an upgrade for my room as there weren't many guests during my stay, which I really appreciated.

The host, while he's friendly, gets really pushy if you don't book your tours, buses, or rent bikes with him. I usually do my research to get the best deal online and in person, and when I did that with the tour of the national park, he wouldn't stop asking me what company I booked it with and for what price, and when I wouldn't tell him as I felt uncomfortable, he lied about the tour company having called the homestay to ask about the pick-up so I'd tell him what company it was (the tour guide later confirmed they didn't call the homestay). He kept saying he'd cancel the tour for me so I could book with him when I didn't want to, and this made me feel really uncomfortable in my last couple of days there. Also, I'd advise you to book your tours, buses, and other things aside from the accommodation itself after some research, as the price he calls is really high compared to what you can get. I booked a bus with him to my next destination (because I felt bad about not booking my tour with him), and I opted for the cheapest bus as it was still expensive, only to find out later that I could've paid that exact price for a better (cabin) bus. He will offer you a discount that is still much more expensive than if you book things on your own.

Incredible! Would stay back there in a heartbeat

Staying at Tam Coc Paradise Homestay was great! We were well looked after by the owner Ncoc, he was always at hand if we needed anything! Helped us rent motorbikes and push bikes during our stay and helped us get a taxi to the station when leaving, even gave us some water for the road. Great value for money, room and bathroom was spacious and clean and breakfast also included in the price!

A little cold in the evenings, sheet on bed was a little thin!

Wonderful Homestay

We came as a group of 4 and the family who owned the homestay were incredibly warm, inviting, and helpful. The owner helped us organise everything - from renting motorbikes and transportation to breakfast in the morning. The rooms were kept in excellent shape and the pool was great. I'll definitely return and my stay has been absolutely delightful.

Peaceful, relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay at this home stay, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, even when we arrived at 4.30 am. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in Vietnam and lovely to sit outside by the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Overall a lovely peaceful time and we would love to come back one day :)

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful accommodation, big rooms and comfortable beds. The family are so friendly, warm, and helpful. I was able to order off menu for breakfast as I'm vegan which was wonderful. Lots of fresh fruit every morning. We extended our stay twice because we were so happy here.
